At Sail Crete Yachts, we understand that plans may change.
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth scheduling of our luxury cruises.
- Free Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled cruise. You will receive a full refund of your deposit with no cancellation fees. - Partial Refund
Cancellations made 7–13 days before departure. A 50% refund of the deposit will be provided. - Late Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the cruise or no-show. The deposit is non-refundable.
Weather Guarantee
Your safety and comfort are our top priority. In case of unsuitable weather conditions as determined by the captain or port authorities:
- We will offer rescheduling to the next available date, or Propose an alternative departure time or route, or Provide a full refund of all payments made if no suitable alternative is available.
Important Notes
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Any bank or transaction fees charged by third parties may be deducted from the refunded amount.
